All payments are final. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain or via Lightning, the order is non-refundable. Hashrate is sourced immediately on your behalf and cannot be recalled.
Mining rewards are probabilistic. Pool mining pays proportionally to your contribution but depends on the pool finding blocks. Solo mining pays only if a block is found during your session. DirectHash makes no guarantee of any payout.
Use of this service is at your own risk. DirectHash is not responsible for losses arising from pool downtime, network difficulty changes, or hardware failures outside our control.
Funds that are sanctioned, flagged, or otherwise restricted may be delayed or rejected by third-party services including mining pools and payment infrastructure. DirectHash is not responsible for funds that become delayed or inaccessible when interacting with external systems.
We do not collect personal information. Your Bitcoin address is the only identifier we store. If you lose access to your address or the associated order ID, we have no way to assist you.
